Message	the main loss involved a contract, and my attorney reviewed it and said I have little or no chance of winning. My only hope would be to sue the salesguy for breach of verbal contract, but then its my word against his and you know how that goes =( The whole mess is my fault, like I said it was a bad business decision based on a recommendation by a then-trusted friend and business owner.
